What is CloudCard?
CloudCard is a digital business card that turns the people you meet into leads and deals. Share your card with a tap, a QR code or a link, capture leads at events, work them in a built-in CRM or sync them to yours, and keep every email signature on brand, all from one platform.
Is CloudCard free?
To start, yes. The Free plan gives you one digital business card, free forever, with no payment details needed. Pro (R55 per user per month) adds lead capture, a built-in CRM, AI scanning, team management and integrations. Premium (R85 per user per month) adds lead enrichment and email signatures for every seat. Annual billing saves 10%, and all prices exclude VAT.
Can I try Pro before I pay?
Yes. Pro includes a 14-day free trial. You add your billing details to start it, nothing is charged today, and you can cancel any time before the trial ends. You are only billed if you continue.
Do I need a work email address to sign up?
Yes. Sign-up needs a work email address, so personal addresses such as Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo are not accepted. If you are not sure whether your address will work, get in touch and we will help.
Does the recipient need to install an app to view my CloudCard?
No. Recipients do not need an app or an account. Your card opens instantly in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and one button saves your details to their contacts.
Can CloudCard replace traditional paper business cards?
Yes. Update your details once and every card you have shared is current, so there is nothing to reprint when a title or number changes. A digital card is also easier to share, and on Pro it can capture the details of the people who open it.
Do I need an NFC business card?
No. Your digital card works on its own and is shared by QR code, link, email, WhatsApp or SMS. An NFC card is optional: it gives you the familiarity of a physical card while still opening your latest profile with one tap.
How does CloudCard help at events?
Visitors who open your card can leave their details on its lead form, and you can photograph paper business cards and event badges so the details are extracted into a lead. Offline mode keeps your card working in a hall with poor reception. Lead capture and scanning are part of Pro.
Can I order branded NFC business cards from CloudCard?
Yes. NFC cards come in PVC (R399), bamboo (R599) and metal (R1,099), each a once-off price per card, branded with your company details. Each card links to your CloudCard profile, so you can update your details without replacing the card.
Does CloudCard connect to my CRM?
Yes. Pro syncs your leads and deals to Salesforce, HubSpot or Zapier, so nothing has to be re-entered. If you do not use a CRM yet, CloudCard has a built-in one.
Can I use my own company branding in CloudCard?
Yes, on Pro and Premium. Add your own branding, remove CloudCard branding, and lock fields so every employee’s card stays on brand. Your email signatures use your branding too.
Is CloudCard suitable for large organisations?
Yes. CloudCard is designed for teams of every size. Team management, role-based permissions, Microsoft Entra ID sync, single sign-on and central brand control are included in Pro and Premium, and you can bulk-import staff from Excel.
Can I track engagement?
Yes. Every plan includes analytics for your own card. Pro and Premium add organisation-wide analytics and a leaderboard, so you can see who is actually using it.
Does CloudCard work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Your card opens in the browser on any modern phone, and people can save your details straight to their contacts.
How long does it take to get started?
